so. margaret cho inspired us to think about birth control.
she uses the example of republicans (i will refer to them as pubbies) being afraid of legalizing birth control because it would create a huge pussy cyclone (aka hurricane poontang)
my bookstore cohorts and i decided this is a flawed argument from the right. this is mostly because banning birth control will not prevent a massive pussy shift. the brilliant pussy (as it is often attached to the female brain) would realize that to prevent std's and babies, it should associate with only other pussies, thus curing the world of aids and procreation. thus, no more pubbies.
the end.

a preview

art is such a relative idea. anything is art. nothing is art. everything is art. who's to say? color, form, shape, line, a jumble of notions intended to express what we see. but the art of sight is an individual experience. it's active AND passive. it's me responding to THAT, whatever that may be. response isn't even necessary -- it's me and THAT, whatever that may be, simply being. it's me coming to the realization that i like it, and that's enough. it's art to me.

moi, je n'est suis pas stupide!

henceforth, this blog is going to be a place for me to copy-paste particularly memorable blogs or musings from my recent past. i have lots, and they make me sound tres intelligente. so yeah. look for more soon.
